Bitter temperatures overnight ahead of some rebounding heat

Today will be cloudy and a touch colder with highs in the low 20s. We’ll have one more very cold night with most spots in the single digits as we wake up Saturday.
The brutal cold will continue through the middle of the week with temperatures averaging nearly 25 degrees below normal for this time of year.
Our next weather maker rolls in Friday night and early Saturday with on and off light snow.
High temperatures will be in the 30s Thursday and Friday, but it will barely make it out of the 20s this weekend.
Enjoy a brief break in our wet weather pattern on Tuesday but keep the umbrella handy as another system moves in later this week.
Have the umbrella packed to start the week, and you’ll get good use out of it for a couple of days.
Temperatures will be jumping for Sunday, giving us our warmest high temperatures since before Thanksgiving.
