Temperatures will push into the upper 30s this afternoon despite a lack of sunshine.
We’re back to winter for a few days with snow showers, cold temperatures and wind chills in the teens.
Huge changes are on the way throughout Monday as a powerful cold front tears through the region during the morning.
Cooler air returns this morning following the front that blasted through the area yesterday with strong thunderstorms.
Several rounds of storms will bring the threat of damaging winds, heavy downpours, frequent lightning, and isolated tornadoes.
Near-record heat today. Highs will push into the 70s. The record high is 74 degrees set in 1879.
It will be a beautiful start to the week with plenty of sunshine and warm afternoons.
Severe storms are likely Saturday afternoon with a line of thunderstorms that could produce 55+ mph gusts, large hail and isolated tornadoes.
We’ll dial back the water works overnight with just spotty showers. It will be very mild with areas of low clouds and fog much of the night. Temperatures will only drop into the mid-50s.
A rainy day ahead with some freezing rain to start the day north and east of the city of Pittsburgh.
