WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. — Two arrests have been made, and several massage parlors have been raided, according to state police who were working with Greenburg police throughout a two-month-long investigation.
“Both police departments served warrants simultaneously, so we didn’t disrupt or interject into each other’s investigation where we could possibly could have compromised it,” Trooper Steve Limani said.
Only Channel 11 was there as Peiyun Zhang was arraigned in a magistrate’s office.
Zhang was arrested by state police and is charged with prostitution and soliciting sexual acts while working at Mu’s Asian Massage Parlor off of New Alexandria Road in Greensburg.
Greensburg police arrested Hailan Zhou. She is also being charged with prostitution and soliciting sexual acts. She was working at Li’s Massage on Main, less than a block away from the police station.
“It appears that when a patron would go in there, during the course of the massage, the person giving you the massage would offer some type of different type of service that would be sexual in nature,” Limani said. “They would solicit you to try and pay for these services.”
According to the state police, four locations were raided. Mu’s massage parlor in Greensburg and Latrobe, Li’s massage off of South Main Street in Greensburg and Ruiquan Foot Spa off of South Urania Avenue in Greensburg.
All 4 locations remain open, as police cannot force them to close at this time. They are trying to determine if these women acted alone or were told to do so.
“No patrons, right now, have been arrested. We are obviously going through the search warrant part of that, which is a lot of data,” Limani said.
Police ask anyone with information about these locations to call them.
