The property is located at 5238 Ellsworth Ave., and it is listed for sale with Roslyn Neiman of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.

In addition to the lot upon which the home itself is situated, the property includes a sub dividable lot adjacent to the home totaling around 39,000 square feet. That property includes the carriage house and two-car garage.
