1 person dead after fire in West Mifflin

WEST MIFFLIN, Pa. — One person is dead after a house fire in West Mifflin.

Allegheny County dispatchers said emergency crews were called to the 260 block Millport Road at 10:37 a.m. on Wednesday.

The fire was raised to a second alarm at 10:44 a.m.

Investigators at the scene said the fire was fatal.

The windows of the home are blown out and damage can be seen both outside and inside the home.
