Los Angeles 11-year-old finds Paul Skenes’ autographed rookie card

The coveted one-of-one autographed Paul Skenes rookie card that the Pirates want to bring back to Pittsburgh has been found.

Collectible card company Topps says an 11-year-old in Los Angeles pulled the card.

Back in November, the Pirates offered a huge prize to whoever found the card, including two season tickets behind home plate for the next 30 years and a spring training experience. Other people added their own prizes to sweeten the deal, including Skenes’ girlfriend Livvy Dunne offering the card finder a spot in her suite during a game and Seth Meyers offering a VIP ticket to a taping of his show — as long as he could see the card for a second.

The Pirates, in reacting to the news that the card had been found, said the offer still stands.
