Massive fire damages 2 mobile homes in Westmoreland County

MURRYSVILLE, Pa. — A massive fire damaged two mobile homes in Westmoreland County on Tuesday morning.

The fire broke out around 7:15 a.m. in the 500 block of Heritage Lane in Murrysville.

When our crews arrived, the flames appeared to be out, but heavy smoke was still coming from the homes.

Firefighters were on scene putting out the flames for four hours. One firefighter was taken to a hospital, but is expected to be ok.

The Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal is investigating the cause.
