PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Bureau of Police held its first graduation ceremony of 2025.
27 recruits were sworn in Friday evening.
They went through 900 hours of training with 12 weeks of field training.
Acting Chief Christopher Ragland was there to swear them in.
“It’s always a great time to have new fresh recruits who have a different outlook on life and we always learn from others who join our ranks,” Ragland said.
The new officers will start on Monday.
