PITTSBURGH — A Pittsburgh man was arrested on multiple bench warrants Thursday.

The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office said Dremajjae Reddix, 28, has been a fugitive since Dec. 19, when multiple bench warrants were issued for probation violations on a number of cases involving drug and firearms charges.

The sheriff’s office learned that Reddix was in a house along Rowan Street in East Liberty. They went to the house shortly after 9 a.m. Thursday and were greeted at the door by Alayiah Williams, 18.

Reddix was taken into custody without incident. During the arrest, detectives found a 9mm Taurus handgun with a loaded magazine, which was reported stolen out of White Oak.

Reddix and Williams were both taken to the Allegheny County Jail. Williams was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.
