Allegheny County police say they are looking for a dark gray or black Chevrolet Silverado with Pennsylvania license plate HNL 9509.

The truck has tinted windows, rain guards and beige running boards.

Investigators believe three or four men wearing face coverings were inside the truck at the time of the shooting.

The shooting happened around 2:18 p.m. at the intersection of Jacks Run Road and Lincoln Way.

Officers found an adult man shot at the scene. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he later died.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office later identified the victim as Kenneth Hayman, 33, of McKeesport.

Police placed nearly 20 evidence markers around a motorcycle at the scene.

That motorcycle was later towed away.

Witnesses told Channel 11 they heard between five and nine gunshots.

One witness said they saw someone get out of a vehicle, shoot a person on a motorcycle and drive away.

Dennis Dull, who lives nearby, said he was surprised to hear what happened so close to home.

“I was kind of shocked to see all the police and everything, and when I heard there was a shooting, that’s very rare around here,” Dull said.

He told Channel 11 he found out while at a store nearby.

“For it to happen here, it’s a big concern,” Dull said. “It’s even making my eye twitch a little bit just talking about it.”

Police say the men involved may be armed with long guns and should be considered extremely dangerous.
