The Steelers’ 2025 first-round draft pick left their final preseason game on a cart.

The team says defensive tackle Derrick Harmon suffered a knee injury in the second quarter and was ruled out for the rest of the game.

He returned to the sidelines in the fourth quarter, being seen on the broadcast sitting on the Steelers bench between T.J. Watt and Cam Heyward.

After the game, head coach Mike Tomlin said Harmon is being evaluated for a knee sprain.
