Threat for strong storms, damaging winds returns Thursday

PITTSBURGH — The threat of strong storms with damaging winds moves back into the area Thursday, especially after lunch, into the evening.

A few isolated showers will be possible early, then a break in the rain will allow temperatures to jump near 80 degrees, fueling gusty storms that could develop early afternoon.
