ROSS TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Thousands of people were without power in Ross Township Tuesday evening.

According to Duquesne Light Company, more than 4,400 were without power. Those outages were first reported shortly after 6 p.m. on Tuesday.

DLC said multiple poles broke and wires were down, and they are investigating how it happened.
