30 customers without service as crews repair large water main break in Bethel Park

BETHEL PARK, Pa. — Water shot into the air in Bethel Park because of a water main break on Thursday.

Bethel Park Volunteer Fire Company said the water main break happened on Logan Road.

The road is closed between South Park Road and Eastview Road.

Flaggers are at the scene redirecting traffic.

Water was spraying onto a nearby house.

Pennsylvania American Water said 30 customers are without water service as crews make repairs.

Work on the water main break is expected to extend overnight.
