Chilly temperatures, chances for snow return on Tuesday

PITTSBURGH — You’ll need your winter coat all day long on Tuesday, as highs will only make it to the upper 30s. Gusty winds will keep wind chills in the 20s through the day. There will be a chance for flurries or a few snow showers in the area through the day as well.

Temperatures stay below average through the week, but highs will get back to the 40s and 50s. The next chance for rain will arrive Thursday, bringing a wet end to the work week.
